Linda Neumann started the company after 20 years in bank management positions. Her love of marketing, strategic planning and helping other businesses became a passion. Her award winning programs let her into speaking and consulting for businesses of all sizes and eventually pursued the idea of opening her own business.

Always believing in the power of promotional marketing and products, that became one of the key focuses of Brilliant Marketing Ideas. As an Advertising Specialty Institute member and international product resource company, there is access to over 1,000,000 imprinted products and Debbie Mangano, the manager of the Washington Office, brought that expertise quickly to the company. Additional expertise in social media, internet sales and product sourcing quickly made an impact in the service offerings overall. Debbie also manages Reputation Management services for our customers.

Staff also includes a graphic designer, operations manager, customer service manager and consultants all working on the ultimate customer experience.
